After the programme Saints and Scroungers aired on BBC1 we have had some great emails and feedback. If anyone wants to read more on Rich the following link is a story I wrote for Drift online. It was also the first time in all the years I had known Rich that I got an opportunity to listen to the story and my first real understanding of the symptoms of PTSD. Take a read by following this link.

This is also the link to BBC iplayer for the Saints and Scroungers, and thankyou to everyone who has sent kind messages and donations. I have spoken to some great people in the past couple of days and I know Rich has too so thank you all for taking the time to think of us.
