Surf Action - Supporting Combat Veterans

Hi All,  A couple of things, we have decided due to the evenings drawing in that we shall move the meeting to 11.30am at Sunset Surf. I hope this is OK with everyone. We also have change of date for the BBC filming. We shall now be filming at Watergate Beach, Newquay on the 11th Novemmber. The time is still to be confirmed. Tomorrow the Surf Action team will be at Watergate Bay to support Corporal Jamie Hagan and his team in the final Beach Fit Activity session. Whilst the public will be taking part in the military style circuit training Surf action will be taking RAF personnel and their families surfing in partnership with RAF St Mawgans Community Support Officer Simon Keeble. Please join the RAF Physical Training Instructors this weekend at Watergate Bay for some training on the beach. Sgt Jamie Hagan from St Mawgan and his team will be putting people through an hour of exercise to promote fitness from 10am this Saturday. This event is free and participants are asked to kindly make a donation after. Proceeds go towards the RAF Benevolent fund and Surf Action. This is the first of four events planned over July and August. I'll keep you posted about other dates....
